any post-visit followup or word on Cody Schwartz? I suppose it was a great visit with the Clink atmosphere, a good win,
and great Omaha hospitality.
A very skilled forward with ability to face to the arc, create drive with dribble or knock down jumper from three or pull-up from 15-feet. He finishes at the rim with either hand and is a solid defender and rebounder who gives 100% on both ends of the court. One of top surprises this weekend at the Swish N Dish!
Schwartz scored 18 points for the Blizzard in their win over Quad City Elite. The sophomore was active throughout the game on both ends of the floor. Schwartz runs very well in transition and is comfortable handling the ball.
Schwartz is on the verge of exploding this spring/summer. The sophomore continues to put up huge numbers for the Wisconsin Blizzard, including 23 points in the first half alone in a Friday night win over Iowa Elite. Schwartz is intriguing for multiple reasons, but mainly because of his versatility and ability to get out in transition, with or without the ball.
