I believe James needed time to contact all of the coaches that seriously recruited him, offered him, and those he visited. He didn't want to announce a decision without first thanking the coaches who spent so much time on him.
He will make his destination official tomorrow at noon.

@BluejayReport Just confirmed with James Milliken via text message that he has committed to Creighton.
So now we have 5-10 Austin, 6-1 Jahenns, 6-2 Brooks, 6-2 Milliken, 6-2 Isaiah... and 6-6 Avery, 6-6 Harris.
