That would be as many as he made in 28 games ALL SEASON. Pathetic when you think about it.

Considering the opponent, that might be the worst first half of basketball I have witnessed from a Creighton team in the Altman/McDermott era. Certainly, the worst first 12 -15 minutes. Obviously going to be time to regroup. Might just need the week break this might give us. Fortunately DePaul is still DePaul, so if they pull their collective heads out their still a chance.

+1. Exactly what I was thinking about it being the worst half in the past 30 years. Looks like they are not even trying (except for Mcandrew.

The talking heads on twitter say its a performance of a coach out the door (adding insult to injury here, I cope by thinking of worst possible outcomes)

There have been plenty of awful halves to choose from. And typically the Mac teams lay down and don’t fight back if it’s the 1st half that was awful.

Among many other problems, really lethargic effort on the boards

This reminds me of the Valley days. We'd go in as #1 or a #2. draw some play-in team from the night before, and they'd kick our asses all the way to the Mississippi River. For a half. Maybe a little into the 2H. Then, all at once, it was like oxygen masks dropped from the overhead, but just for them. It was like they were standing in fast drying cement. And we'd win going away. It'll be like that.

But this says troubling things for our short-term future.
