I can’t think of a bigger road win given the circumstances in recent years. For as much as I hate UConn, the environment was electric. $2 beverage day, on big FOX, still adjusting to life without Pop, against the two-time reigning national champs? No problem. And with the need for a signature, résumé win away from Omaha … even that much sweeter.
The boys stepped up, and Mac is simply worth every penny we pay him and then some.

Bishop was interviewing Neal and asked if he knew they stopped a 28 game home streak - JM replies something like, “I didn’t know that. It’s zero now.”
