Mac is not taking Miller from starting to 0 minutes.

Thanks for re-sharing Jacob. I had missed that article before. Nice work.

When are you and Matt going to podcast again?

Plan is for today now that volleyball season is over for both of us. Sorry for our absence.

Agree he won't scratch Miller. I can see working in Fedor as he has done for other newcomers in early season games. First goal is to win today, but not at the expense of giving minutes for minutes sake.

Read a tweet that said he hadn't practiced with starters much but don't know if the tweeter has great info.

There was a stretch, a week or two I think before Vegas, where he wasn't eligible to practice. Missed some time with the ankle issue as well. Otherwise he's been practicing normally with the scout team.

Finally, we get to see Fedor play. Truly, this is the season of miracles. That said, I'm not expecting miracles...

I'm not sure it will matter, but is he a freshman or did he lose some grade like other Euros

Essentially was told TBD when I asked. For now, he's eligible and that's all that matters.

An interview with Fedor from 2 years ago. It’s interesting to hear him give a self assessment and talk about European basketball. Apparently, he is a great shooter but loves to do much more than that. He also previously considered entering the NBA draft.

What’s the consensus over/under for Fedor for minutes and points in the St John’s game? I’ll go with 24 minutes (not starting) and 12 points.

Jacob/Tom, if you hear anything at practice please share with us.

I think Mac knows that it’s important to get Fedor up to speed as quickly as possible. On the other hand, I’m sure Mac will want to give Fedor feedback during the game - so he might only play in shorter spurts.

I'd hope Mac would get him up to 24 minutes after having 8-9 days off, but I'm feeling a bit more pessimistic with him getting under 20, if not under 15.

Still seemed to need a decent amount of work with the Xs and Os and also going to need to adjust to the conditioning. Hope I'm wrong and he's at 100%, but seems unlikely.
