I thought this was an interesting post from an OSU volleyball fan, not directed at Brandewie or Creighton, but at volleyball in general:

Yep that’s how the system is set up these days. To make the elite more elite and for most of the schools to be feeder schools for the top 5 or so programs. It’s most abused in college volleyball i’ve noticed too. Really no parity in the sport anymore when it comes to competing for top transfers, top recruiting classes, final four appearances, and national championships.

When Jaya first signed, I know the coaching staff said Jaya could play both OPP and MB but they liked her out of the middle more. Until now, I expected her to head back to MB after this year but yeah I think it seems more likely that she will stay at OPP with this signing. I haven't watched enough Brandewie to know if she can approach off two feet and could play OPP with Jaya moving back to MB.
