I go to a few away games and BET most years but this is the first game in Omaha for me since the Jimmer versus Doug game (2011?). I am pumped. What time does the arena open? I want to soak it all in.

I'm also headed into town for my first game since @Marquette in December 2022. Excited for what should be an electric atmosphere

it is gonna be a zoo down near CHI tomorrow. The game, of course -- but the Get Blue event beforehand, plus I believe there are volleyball AND dance (or gymnastics, something) events at the convention center too.

Should be a good atmosphere!

I don't know how much it will add to the zoo atmosphere down in that area, but I think Marquette is having its own alumni event before the game at the Mattress Factory, too. There are a ton of Marquette alum in the Omaha area, so there will be a fair amount of blue and yellow in the arena, unfortunately.

Hmmm, yes, and a majority will be in the Lexus Club, hoopdy doo seats at mid court opposite the benches.

One benefit of the “repricing” may be some of the corporations giving up their hoopdy doo seats allowing some more younger individuals to finally move up the points ladder.
I don’t vet ‘em, I just post ‘em.
