Article on decision:

Creighton making the list is twofold.

“My relationship with Coach (Greg) McDermott and how long they have been recruiting were factors,” Sallis said. “It is also my hometown.”

Poor kid probably didn't want to wear one of his favorite shirts for just practice.(Kind of like when I mow the yard.) So he threw on his free Husker shirt.

It's good to see that the love of delusion over there is still fairly high. Conspiracy theories about why Nebraska wasn't in the top 12 lol. Here's a thought... Maybe you're not on his list because your program isn't very good. How about start winning and then become a place that is attractive for recruits to consider?

Nah... Let's blame it on high school kids' drama and talk about what a travesty it is that he didn't even consider his in-state school that finished at the bottom of their conference

Count me in the corner of being VERY VERY disappointed with this kid.

When I read this post last night and the dude started his post with the above sentence I knew I was in for a great read.

He wasn't just "VERY" disappointed, he was "VERY VERY" disappointed.

And this guy is one of the admin's on the site.

As I have said many times, I ALMOST feel sorry for this fan base.

Refuse to read these click-bait articles where you have to page through the story to get the author extra clicks.

The advent of the Internet has allowed anyone a forum to write an article and get it online. This guy doesn’t know any more than you or I know.

Journalism is long deceased. Most stuff is an opinion piece slanted toward a view the writer espouses.

“I think we punched ourselves in the face.”

That was my favorite response. Oh and the “participation trophy” one.

Hunter sees himself as a one or two year player, we’ll see how things turn out of course. He states he wants to go to a winning program for his one or two year - makes sense to me. Husker fan should read that comment and know exactly why they didn’t make a final 12.

Fred was successful at Moo U because he created transfer U which was rather novel at the time. Now many follow this path so lots of competition for these kids. Will be interesting to see if he succeeds. Early returns are below average.

Not to mention that a lot of teams run a pace and space type offense now, another novel concept of offense when he was coaching at ISU. Hoiberg also doesn’t believe in the mid range jumper which is ridiculous to me.
