Lutz got some good guys to us for the MVC, but I'm definitely happier having Lusk than I was in having Lutz

I read that and thought, Is that how Lutz packaged himself to get hired? Because in all his time here I never heard his name mentioned in such a way.

as I remember the story, when Mac came to Creighton he reached out to the recruiting services and got Lutz's name as a guy who understood recruiting and that Mac took this seriously as he wanted to change things from his ISU experiences, May not be as a closer, but maybe he knew the AAU network, etc.

Anyway, I thought Lutz brought in some good players while we were in the MVC, but can't remember anyone since we joined the BE (but that may just be me forgetting who he recruited for us).
