Verbal to Minnesota.
I don’t vet ‘em, I just post ‘em.

Boy, I don't know why. They are bad this year and I have a feeling it's going to get worse. Have not been impressed with Jr's coaching so far. Must be a state thing!

Compared to how are we this year? Not sure I see much a difference...

IMO this wins Dumbest Post of the Year. And it's only January! *The Official Rules for Dumbest Post of the Year prohibits consideration of any post coming from a Lincoln or Wichita ISP address as eligibility for this award is limited to amateurs.

Jet, I was thinking more of long term prospects, since he won't be on campus till 2016. By then I expect us to be much better than the GG's

Shut the fuck up.

What's wrong with someone pointing out that we don't look better than Minnesota does, right now? From my perspective, this CU team is borderline awful at this moment. It's a little silly for a Creighton fan to bring up another team's terribleness in the context of a recruit choosing that currently terrible team over this currently terrible team. Hence, Jet's response. Telling him to shut the eff up was pretty uncalled for, IMO. But you've never been shy about overreacting to other posters, so it was not surprising to see.

I think most everyone on here has reasonably high expectations for Mac and CU next season, but the 2014-2015 squad appears to be in the midst of a disastrous season. If people want to bring up that reality or vent a bit, they should be free to do so without being attacked. It's kind of what sports message boards are for. If we could only say positive things about CU hoops at this point, there wouldn't much to say about the staff and the current players.

Go Jays and all, and these guys have my support and the support of all other good fans. But, it's just not our year.

You're certainly entitled to your IMO, but IMO, your post is 1,000X dumber than the post you nominated for Dumbest Post of the Year. Ridiculing any program right now when we are putting the current product on the floor is very ignorant. See Bluejay Bilas's post for a much better explanation as to why jfan's post was totally reasonable. IMO, of course. I can't believe someone told him to "shut the fuck up" for that post!!!! It'd be funny if it wasn't so sad.

Come on...

That's not the point vivid, not the point jet. There is a reference to Jr Pitino doing a poor coaching job and Jet's comment was that he didn't see much difference, which included the coaching criticism. With the role players we have this year and negatives they face, this team has played its heart out. These guys are battling and staying in games by slight of hand. I stand by my statement. You two don't like the jays losing. I understand that. But you guys preach that you are only identifying reality - not by a damn sight.
