Why is he immediately eligible? I would think his history of injuries + our acquisition of Marcus cools off most CU's interest? Between Mo and James, plus anything Khryi, Marlon, and IZ give us, there's really not much playing time available at either guard spot. I also don't like the idea of the staff bringing another 6'2 guy in so we can play 3 guard rotations. Only time I want to see a 3 guard rotation is two reliable shooters + khyri at the 3

Is that how it works? If, for example, Patton redshirts, we can open up his 2015-2016 scholarship to a new player? I just don't know the specifics of this part of college basketball as much as I wish I did.
