If we are just reading tea leaves, I'd say this looks very good for Creighton.

Visited Creighton and Louisville. Louisville just gets a commitment from a player at his position, and now a decision may be coming soon.

Unless there was a visit/offer from a school we aren't aware of, this looks good.

Well Pitino has another guard spot open:

@EvanDaniels: Despite originally saying he would stay, Shaqquan Aaron will transfer from Louisville, a source tells Scout.

@jeffgreer_cj:
Some sources have said Aaron wasn't thrilled Louisville is recruiting Drexel transfer Damion Lee.

Hopefully Mychal sees that character counts for something and Coach Mac will not only improve his basketball stock but will also make him a better man. I think it's obvious that Pitino sees the writing on the wall that he's second fiddle in his own state and will make all sorts of promises to gain commitments then discard people and let them move on when a better option comes along. He is a great fit for Creighton, would get a top notch education, and would be on the floor consistently to showcase his skills. Worst case scenario at CU is he graduates from a great institution and contributes to the Jays. Worst case scenario at Louisville is he's looking for another school again next year at this time because others were brought in. Just ask Agau or Aaron.

I may be wrong, but if Mychal were to choose Creighton wouldn't we have to have a player leave and/or pay his own way? One could argue that that is a shady move on Creighton's part not all dis-similar from you whole argument. So what is to say Coach X at school Y wont say that you can't go to Creighton cause if you under perform they will just bring in someone else?

My goodness, aren't there already pages of threads on this topic of who stays and goes? SInce no one on this board knows the specifics, you won't find answers-opinions,yes. Can we please keep those comments at least in the same thread, rather than bringing them up on every recruit?

Mulder would be here already if he bought into the whole 'best interest' angle. He isn't, and is seemingly pretty sanguine about his current situation. After all, he has us waiting in much the same manner.

IMO The only way he comes is if Pitino passes.

As for someone getting bounced, it absolutely will happen; Piv has said as much. However, Dana used to do it a lot, it just wasn't as public back then. My hope is whomever has his head on the block fully understands where he stands, because if we get Mulder (or Mulder AND someone else), that the person(s) leaving don't get trap doored by us. THAT would really piss me off.

Also there has been an individual or two on here cheering with abandon about these developments. I hope they understand the ramifications of addition before doing so, because if it were my head on the block and all my 'fans' cheering on my execution - or that of a teammate - holy hell would I be furious at our loyal(!) fan base.

Pretty sure CURx is merely pointing out the hypocrisy of using Pitino showing a current player the door in order to bring in someone he thinks is better as a selling point for Mulder to select CU over Louisville since we aren't that slimy, when in fact Mac would have to do the same thing to bring Mulder here.
