Matt McQuaid could take shooting tips from Connor Frankamp. I'd take him in a heartbeat.

No need to make veiled criticisms of a player who selected MSU over us. We would have LOVED if McQuaid had selected CU. Kind of silly to reference him in the context of a different player who we might land.

Why does anyone ever care what WSU fans think? It's a shitty school. They could win 5 national championships in a row and we could have 5 losing seasons in a row, and I'd still be happy that I was a Creighton grad rather than someone with any connection to the Shockers.

Only downside here is having to figure out a way to make the scholarship work and having to scheme a bit to handle two small guards on the court at the same time.. (but, Napier and Boatright didn't really hold UCOnn back now did they..?)

A year of S&C gives him a bit of bulk and strength needed to match up to more and varied guards and fit nicely into our system. His shooting, handle and ability to create his own shot or create shots for others would make our offense even more dynamic.. imagine him running pick and pop with Huff/Hegner or traditional pick and rolls with Hanson.. That could be devastating to opposing defenses.

We are shooter U, and we are the place that runs the offense that showcases guys like him.. Hope we can all figure out the scholie situation and make this happen...!

There are hundreds of reasons a kid decides to transfer. We have no idea what his reasons are. Bill Self said yesterday Frankamp was slotted to start in their exhibition opener, so I doubt PT was the main reason. I think everyone on this board would be thrilled to have a player like Conner here at Creighton.

I've read a few comments questioning whether Frankamp is tall enough. It looks like he's about the same height as Jahenns and I think we'd agree he worked out fine.
