I'm a bit surprised that Glynn's list grew after Purdue picked up a PG. Had been hoping that Purdue's move would accelerate his decision. Maryland's top choice is Robinson (a local kid for them) apparently. As for WVA and Tennessee, both are late...and rebuilding.

Also surprised that Hudson is now talking a Spring decision.

We have 3 upcoming visits - hopefully the Jays staff can close all 3.

Iowa lands 6'7 forward. You have to wonder if they're still on Ed Morrow and Davon Dillard.

Of course, with the changing landscape we hear about you have to say the same about a lot of kids CU has pursued for months!!

Providence picked up a commitment from top-100 big man Alex Owens today. Had a ton of major offers. Really solid pickup. Hope the Big East keeps stockpiling talent.

Nice pickup, btw, 247 was 0 for 9 on the predictions. By my count, Georgetown has 2 top 100 recruits, Villanova has 1, Marquette will have 2 (if you include Heldt), Providence has 1 and Creighton has 1 (if you include Patton).

The Big East has the potential to have 15 or 16 top 100 commits again if things go well. I think this year will be a better indication of where the conference stands in the eyes of recruits. Last year the league had carryover from the "old" Big East. If we can land 10+ top 100 guys for 2015, I think it's safe to say the league looks really, really good long term. Ellenson looks to be headed to Marquette or UW. Really hoping he stays in the Big East. He is a legit top 6 or 8 player.

What would it take for 2015 to top this year's class of Harrell, Gilmore, Watson, Huff and Kreklow? I know it's a little different because of 3 transfers, but 2014 potentially looks like the best haul I can remember. On the other hand, we already have a top 50 recruit for 2015. Any opinions?

Well, IF we were able to land Watson/ Robinson, McQuaid and Clarke along with Patton that would exceed 2014 IMO. But that's a huge if. Probably a top 20 class

Sounds like CU has offered Rashard Odomes 6'6" SG from Texas. Do you think Lutz ever sleeps? Go Jays!
