2015 PG Glynn Watson (offered)

Postby Jet915 » Thu Sep 26, 2013 6:44 pm

Creighton has offered PG from Illinois. Currently has offers from DePaul and Purdue. #66 on Rivals Top 150. Being recruited by a bunch of big time schools though so offers are probably gonna start rolling in.

One school that has been after Watson for a while is Creighton, and the Bluejays remain very much in the mix for his services.

“They are a great school,” said Watson of Creighton. “I will go to visit Nebraska and Creighton and see them both. I like how Coach (Gregg) McDermott coaches and they are a great school with a great coaching staff.”

“I am looking for an overall fit with the coaching staff and the system,” explained Watson. “I also want to be surrounded by good players who are also good people.”

Let's see, says he will visit in June. How about mid June when the Championship Center is complete and the CWS is taking place....

"Watson told Brian Snow of Scout.com that he likes how McDermott coaches. He could be an ideal point guard fit for a team fond of jacking threes."
