Interesting, has a RS year to use while sitting out after the transfer, and then 2 years to play. Was a top 50 guy according to Rivals and a pure point -- just never put much of an offensive game together at NC State and got replaced by a likely NBA guy.
I really like him. He's not very athletic or explosive, but he makes the right plays. He reminds me of a better scoring version of McKinney.

Ditto... Was a 2012 McD AA. Not blazing speed but excellent at shifting speeds, great handle, excellent passing.

Lewis, Graham, or other 2014 PG frees up the need for 2 PGs in 2015. Jays are in on guys for all 5 positions for 2015 and could use the added flexibility in their decisionmaking.

Never watched him play, but just wondering why, if we have decided that we need to upgrade our athleticism and ability to defend against Big East guards, you would want a kid who apparently is not? You can't be saying this is the type of player you want and then complain that we aren't athletic enough to creat shots or defend against Big East athletes. The description sounds to me like a nice MVC player.

You don't have to be extremely athletic 1-5. He played at NC ST, and they had athletes at the other 4 positions and they were a pretty good team. And I'm not sure how many "nice MVC" players were McDonalds AA's.

I'm hearing that Connor Frankamp is looking at CU, anyone know the story here. I know we recruited him in high school.

Forgot Connor was at KU? rivals 2013 4* (#31)...along with PG Tharpe. So why is KU beating the bushes looking for other PGs? The media makesIt sound as though they are scrambling, looking hard for another PG. It seems that Graham is about the same as Frankamp.

Per Jeff Borzello - Jonathan Martin of Xavier will transfer for his final season and be immediatley eligible to play next season.

What a blow for Xavier. Martin was a good player.

Wonder if that means Mack is headed to Cal? Surprising that such a good player would leave a good situation for his last year.

Where did you see/hear that? Please don't say Shockernet. Conner commited to KU after his sophomore season. He and his family lifelong KU fans.

Bill Self is actively looking for a PG (Graham) so maybe Frankamp might not see much playing time in the future. I haven't seen anything indicating he is transferring though.
