According to that, the team's first game isn't until next week, though, against Texas City. The school's website also lists the first game as being next Tuesday, November 12, against Texas City.

MaxPreps is usually real good about Stats.. of course I keep my own so I will give you details and try to capture some footage. The Mavericks play Texas City first on Wednesday. Wish us luck. .

Sorry about the typo. On way to scrimmage now against Friendswood, Terry and Channelview. We scrimmage again Saturday then first game next Tuesday against Texas City. . will keep you posted

Well we won 1 out of the 3 games. The last game against Terry we lost by 2 at the buzzer. Leon played alright. Now he knows what he needs to work on individually and collectively as a team. We have a lot of newbies but I think they will be okay if they work together and stop being afraid to take the shot. I still have an headache from the second game against Friendswood. If we keep getting those types of refs this season, I'm going to have grey hair, no voice and kicked out of several games. .. lol

Lol I'm so vocal. . but I promised my son I would do better this season. I won't embarrass him
sometimes it's just obvious and you just want to scream "let them play" or " whose payroll are you on". . had some replacement refs Wednesday. They were horrible. I mean I could have done that. .... but it's just a game. . in the end, they can't take your talent away.
