Didn't know he had 3 point range. Nice.

He's also big enough to come in and play and to bang a bit immediately. Really happy we landed this kid

Anyone think Zach can give us a little of what McGary give Mich. next year?

I think he'll play immediately. We likely need him to give us a little of what Echenique did this year on the defensive end, but he definitely has the ability to play in the high post and to hit a few outside shots and keep the defense honest.

I still think that if Doug comes back Hegner might RS and build up a bit of strength, but Hanson and Hegner together are a formidable foundation for a front line over the next few years. (add in Keion Alexander, potentially who is a long and lean like Hegner but maybe more of a post/shot blocker as well) and you have a VERY dynamic bunch in the paint who can all play outside of the paint as well.

Heard he packed on another ten pounds this year from his dad. I'm really excited to see him play this summer.

This continues the play for the garden sees on CU's incoming players. Very complimentary about Zach. Assuming Geoff's feet don't give him trouble we may have some real depth developing at the post.
