It would have to be the huskers; they are that way in every sport. Even basketball.

The dilusion levels are pretty comparable.

The prime difference is that while there are seemingly endless numbers of delusional husker fans, UNI boasts about 16 fans total. As a result, delusional Husker fan rants drown out those of every other fanbase.

Yesterday on the afternoon 1620 show they were talking about their facebook or twitter page, forget which one. They were looking at the hits the page was getting. The link to the one game black husker uniforms had like over 20,000 hits. It was a new record by like 20xs. Its a fricking black uniform. This week in the OWH we had huge articles on a hurt high school baseball player that did not play this year but is playing at nu next year, a transfer basketball player that played 10 minutes a game on a terrible team, and a Nebraska-UCLA football article in the CWS section. That's delusional.

You all know the reason they got the black alternate jersey's right? T-Magic forced their hand given the fact the only color jersey he throws to in practice is black.

100% dead on. Husker football fans get psyched and spend an entire year obsessing over 12 games. All of which can be meaningless if you lose one game. Then they carry that delusion on over to basketball & every other sport.

"We were good 20 years ago in football, ergo our basketball team will easily handle yours."

How about we just take the Huskers off of our schedule? No reason to lower our RPI.

UNI is more delusional. UNL has won something, therefore, has a reason for legitimate hope. UNI has won nothing but thinks they woulda, coulda and shoulda which is much more delusional because what they have is myopia.

Put it this way, Nebraska has asked out, got a date with and scored with the hot cheerleader. They peaked in college and are living out their middle ages recalling those days and thinking that if they just go to gym more and lose a few pounds that hot cheerleader will crawl back into bed with them. It may happen, but they probably will have to pay for it.

UNI thinks if it would have asked the hottest cheerleader out, which in their UNI's case is a gal about 4' 3" and three bills big, that they not only would have scored with her (without the aid of Natty Light) but that they would have also been married and had a kid whos looks would have rivaled a cross between a Yetti and a cat without fur, but, in UNI's mind, a perfect looking spawn of satan. In other words, a complete fantasy.

You have probably all seen this already, but the Jays will host Marquette on New Years Eve at 9:00 p.m. capping a NYE marathon to kick off Big East play.

But add another date to the schedule. Cal will come to the CenturyLink on December 22nd.

Does anyone have a "tentative" schedule of pre-conference matchups and noted games such as Marquette up to this point and when will the Big East be finalizing their conference schedule???

This is probably your best bet for now and the future for schedule references until the official schedule comes out:
