McAndrew and Davis starting per John Bishop

John Bishop said on the pregame radio show that the hope is for Steven to be back for Kansas next week. He said the ankle was heavily bruised when he saw it at practice yesterday, and that the training staff believes it's either a grade two or grade three sprain.
