It seems like Jamiya Neal is still trying to find the proper balance between being aggressive and being unselfish. It seems like he was shooting it too much early but against Purdue and UTRGV it's almost swung too far the other way where he's turning down shots to pass to guys who don't have a better look. I think we'll see him settle in a bit more as the season goes on.

He's got some juice for sure and can play an important role for this team if he finds his place. ICYMI, I did a deep dive on his ASU junior tape to get a better idea of his skills et and potential for Creighton.

Daniel Jacobsen, the 7’4” center for Purdue fractured his tibia and will miss the rest of the season. I know Kalk pretty much owned him but he looked like a player and had performed well in early games this season.

Sorry to see a kid go down like that. Purdue isn’t going to be the same without him.

I think the answer is much less sinister and intentional. I'm assuming it's a process/resources thing. We don't know how many other cases have been filed with the NCAA across the country, nor do we know every step of what they've determined they need to do in order to clear or deny a case like Žugić's, or even the size of the office in charge of adjudicated these cases. Things typical take a long time with the NCAA, as we've seen, and Žugić's case had to have been filed very late in the process.

John Tonje for Wisconsin is having a great season so far. Could have used his size at the guard spot. 6’5”and from Omaha. Avg 23 ppg so far.

The cool thing is that Omaha hoops is getting better and better and local players are performing well at a lot of great programs.
