Those two might very well be fighting over 10 minutes a game in close games.

What might help them out some over the course of the season is there looks like a big chunk of dead weight on the bottom of the BE. Those games there will be more minutes.

So… are you going to bet on us blowing out Villanova and Georgetown?

What does that have to do with anything?

There is dead weight on the bottom. Anyone paying attention knows it.

If we can’t find garbage time in a bunch of those games we have real problems, regardless of opponent.

Green carved out minutes against the toughest competition (UConn, Oregon, etc) and the closest contests (double OT) last year so maybe he’ll show up now that we’re done with some of the bottom feeders of D1 hoops? Who knows.

Green is playing out of the position at the #3, he is too far away from the basket to do what he does best.

Last week has been full of conflicting info, but update as of today is that his handler expects him be cleared at the latest by December 7, with this week as the earliest possible date. Thinking Mac's comments to Hilltoppers was in reference to initial waiver (which was denied, as it usually is for Euro guys) or just Mac's general air of pessimism for things like this lol.

Hopefully, it is sooner rather than later. Would be nice to have him in Vegas or against Kansas. At least if it is the 7th latest we would have him for the bama game.

If he is not cleared by December 7th, does it still make sense to try to work him into the rotation this year?

Absolutely.

SI thinks he will be one of the better players in college basketball.

Why wouldn’t it?
