I don't know if Ras was in charge of the highlights, but it nice to know coach has spent 15 years and all people can remember is Doug. Even before he was announced as the new Head Coach

Congratulations Coach... Greg McDermott

At this point, I feel like it's on purpose. Between their announcers butchering player names (Looking at you, Lappas) or their media team confusing a player from 10 years ago with his coach, their entire production is so low value. I loathe when we play on CBSSN, because there's a very good chance that Pete Gillen is going to actively root against us while calling the game.

The bias is way worse than the anti-Big East slant from ESPN.

A graphic on FS1 last night during the game showed our upcoming schedule, and it prominently featured Oregon on Nov 30. Oregon logo and everything. Nick even talked a little about the matchup. The irony is, Oregon's the one team in Vegas that week that we now know we're NOT playing.

Screwups happen.

Please don't get burnt by these super hot takes.

While the 4's haven't been overly impressive, it's not like they look lost out there. Had some moments. Not quite executing to the level required for this to be a serious March/April team. But it's early. Get these kinks out now. Figure out the roles/rotations.

I like our schedule a lot because of the early creampuffs to learn who we are, an absolute gauntlet to test if that's who we should be, and then the Big East schedule that, frankly, is looking like it may be easier than we've seen recently. Can Traudt step up beyond just being serviceable? Does Green have the VS. Kansas guy in there somewhere? While McAndrew shot abysmally last night, I wanted him to keep shooting. I have no worries about him. Color me cautiously optimistic about this group still.

I really like how Ty Davis looks out there. Very comfortable with the ball. Again, he belongs. He may not be a super contributor this year, but he could be sooner than later.

And Fedor looms.
