On Monday night, FS1 will have opening night look in coverage of 8 Big East teams. It can be a little frustrating seeing parts of games, but I can’t wait to see some BE coverage.

It has begun! I’m enjoying the whip around, glad Creighton game will be shown in its entirety
At Creighton Bob Gibson majored in sociology and starred in Basketball and Baseball. In 1957 Gibson received a $3,000 sign-on bonus with St. Louis Cardinals, but delayed his HOF Cards career a year to play pro B-ball with the Harlem Globetrotters.

St. Johns in a blowout, but way too many close games for the league at the moment.

Sellers has Central Connecticut up on Providence for most of the contest.

Some opening night jitters.

-Butler-Missouri State coming down to the wire at Hinkle.
-Providence down 2 with 7 minutes left at home to Central Connecticut.
-Xavier up 2 middle of the second half at home against Texas Southern.
-Seton Hall tied with St. Peter’s middle of the second half.
-DePaul up 1 just before halftime at home against a relatively new Division I program in Southern Indiana.
-Villanova up 1 at the half at home against LaFayette.

First night observation. There are so many transfers, jucos, frosh, whatever on these BE teams that you hardly recognize very many kids playing in these games. So odd.

Teams full of transfers leads to looking pretty weak on opening night.

I couldn't see it. I think the GT job is what he wanted most, but who knows
