Kalk played 18
King and Traudt both nabbed 8 pts each so have to think they got the remainder of Kalk's minutes with Traudt potentially at the 4 as well

I've played with guys before that were uber talented and could run motion on offense but if they were on the floor the coach couldn't call a set because they would have no clue what they needed to do in that particular set.



While true that the defensive system is not the most complicated, it's widely known Mac runs a very complicated offense with a lot of sets. We see it happen very frequently where new players struggle to learn the offense. No one should ever be surprised when a freshman or transfer is struggling to pick things up. It's more of a surprise when a newcomer is able to learn everything quickly.
