Sports fans are the best.
They’ll pine over a kid for weeks, and then he makes a decision they don’t like, and it’s an immediate switch to vilify him. It’s such a terrible, ignorant look.
I definitely wanted Reibe to play basketball at Creighton. He decided UCONN was the better fit, for whatever reasons mattered most to him. We can move on without taking jabs at him. Well, some of us can.

JJ Mandaquit’s skill set and size remind me of former Notre Dame and Oklahoma St PG Doug Gottlieb. Is this a good thing? Evidently the coaches think so and they know a lot more than me.
