Is anyone actually seeing the tickets available for purchase when they log into their MyCreighton account? I am seeing all the fall sports + basketball season tickets and Socktoberfest, but nothing for the exhibition

Also the email they sent out with titled "Creighton Men's Basketball Charity Game Information" is incredibly confusing, think they should have workshopped that one a bit more before hitting send.

Took me forever to figure it out. It is listed under invoices. They probably only did that b/c at this time you can only purchase your seats.

Anyone else having trouble trying to pay the invoice? It keeps telling me that I need to add a card to the account, although I already have one saved. I have tried entering in several different cards and it keeps telling me that the payment method isn't available.

And, of course, ticketmaster get a a little taste. If there’s a hell, I’ll bet those bastards take a cut from every admission.

Apparently, quite a few others are having issues with submitting a payment. If you just call the ticket office at the number in the email, they will submit the payment for you. Took about 30 seconds.

I had the same problem yesterday and tried 2 different cards including my card on file.
Today I put in my card on file when asked for a new card and it worked.
There was a problem on their end yesterday but I still don't know why I had to enter my card that has always been on file. Maybe it's because my card now has a new valid thru date.

Mine didn’t work last night but worked this morning without having to add my card.
