Agree with the interesting comment. Fears is listed at 6'2 and advertised as a combo guard. Looks like a consensus top 35 player, so probably lots of competition this late in the game..Will have to watch highlights when I get home.

We currently have..
--Steven Ashworth, presumed PG starter
--Pop Isaacs, presumed SG starter
--Larry Johnson, presumed [first, second] guard off the bench
--Ty Davis, presumed [first, second guard] off the bench

Part of me thinks, considering how much we have played 3 guards in the past couple years, that there would be PT for another guard without bumping anyone out of the rotation. Jamiya Neal is the only solid 3-man we have on the roster. Even if we assume LJ and Davis are both ready to play, we are somewhat thin from 1 to 3. Perhaps Miller's injury derailed some hope he could play minutes at the 3.

Miller is due back early november, but wiall take a bit of time to round into playing shape... LJ @ 6'5" can slide over to the 3 (SF) spot.
1 Ashworth, 2 Pop, 3 Davis @ PG
1 Knox, 2 Fears @SG
1 Neal, 2 LJ, 3 Miller @ SF

Sterling Knox is not going to be the starting SG on this team.
