I don't see Baylor making it past the first round and I'd happily surprised to see Trey get called, especially that early.

It's a meaningless mental exercise, but Yikes! No Trey even when it's "just" a College draft...Baylor up to 14 though...

They are all college basketball writers. Meaning they don't know a ton about the NBA game, what teams want, etc. Sam Vecenie is the guy to read at the Athletic. He just dropped his NBA Draft guide today: https://www.nytimes.com/athletic/557917 ... nny-james/

Has Baylor 22 and Trey 44. Lists Baylor in the "rotation players and upside swings" category and Trey in the "priority two-ways" category. Sounds about right for both.

Jays need guys to get drafted and stick to show you can make the league from Omaha. Hoping for the best for both.

I saw a projected draft today with Trey at 20 and Baylor at 30. First time that I recall seeing Trey higher than Baylor. Oh well, we will know in the next 2 days.

I'm thinking Baylor will get drafted late first round and Trey not getting drafted. I hope I'm wrong about Trey. I'm also wondering if a team will take a chance on Kalk. 30 years ago, Kalk for sure would be drafted but the game has changed. I wish all 3 of them the best of luck.

Are you referring to next year for Kalkbrenner?

Ryan Kalkbrenner is not in the NBA draft...

The Athletic's Sam Vecenie bumped Trey up from 49 (Indiana) in his previous few mocks to 39 (Memphis) in the one he published this morning.

He also has Baylor at 25 to New York after connecting him with Minnesota at 27 in his previous few mocks.
