The rationale: scholarship guys want to play and coaches know guys 11-13 aren’t going to play much barring injuries, plus it allows for more NIL for the main guys. The logic makes sense and I think we are going to see a lot of this moving forward.

Art should very much chase the biggest bag he can get as one of the last high level starters in the portal. CBB is one of the highest paying professional basketball leagues in the world and it is his last year at this level. His NBA prospects are pretty low so he should cash in before he begins an overseas career making $100k-ish per year.
