Welcome to the portal. Some notable names that may potentially/have entered the portal:

Kerwin Walton (TT): Creighton recruits this kid every offseason
Danny Wolf (Yale): Multiple Big East suitors. Good fit for the offense. CB = Providence
Zeke Mayo (SDSU): We will be all over this kid. 1st team all summit league. Only guy I've heard actually connected to us.
Nolan Hickman (Zaga): Potential player to be named later in Nembhard trade
Will Tschetter (Mich): Wouldn't surprise me if Creighton was in on him. Good fit
Saint Thomas (Nor. Colo): Omaha kid, started at Loyola-Chi, big season
BJ Omot (UND): regional, physical, long. Any 1st/2nd All-Summit League kid will get a call from CU
Treysen Eaglestaff (UND): same as above, sharpshooter
Omaha Biliew (ISU): creighton recruited him hard. McDonalds all american at Waukee. Expected more playing time as a frosh
Frankie Fidler (UNO): a lot of chirping that he could enter today. As of now that remains to be seen. Nebraska would push pretty hard for him.

Some other early storylines in the big east are:
- Rutgers Cliff Omoryi will likely end up in the Big East if he leaves. SJ/Hoyas seem all over it. Weird NIL dynamics
- Garwey Dual may be on his way out of Providence. Was a huge recruit for them last year.
- Desmond Claude is rumored for the portal. From CT originally
- Dug McDaniel (Mich) might be a Hoya lean

Not a lot of smoke nationally about creighton kids on their way out other than a remote rumor out there about kalkbrenner soliciting offers while focusing on the NBA. Consensus seems to be that the big 3 are all gone and ashworth returns. Haven't heard anything otherwise. I'd expect a pretty calm offseason in Omaha

Frankie has no idea who the person that tweeted it is and has not made that decision yet.

Verbal commits has him listed. They can't possibly be wrong, can they?

Listed on some NBA mock drafts in round 1. I would think he is turning pro.

They QTed a since-deleted tweet and used that as their source. They've since deleted that QT.

Of course they do. They STILL believe that pretty much anyone who has ever heard of Nebraska, but especially anyone who grew up in Nebraska, absolutely must be dying to be a Husker. They very well might have a great chance here, I have no idea. But there is no world where they would think anything different about a Nebraska kid, whether rooted in reality or not.
