I agree with the solid depth piece take. Seems to have Wragge like range, at least from his tape. ( I think all players do though, except for Modestas Kancleris.) Reminds me a bit of that all world transfer from lincoln that unl had last year.

But who knows some of us thought Patton would be a walk on.

6’5 PG who can shoot. Every winning team has a player like Ty. Honestly reminds me a little of Ty Jerome

Very nice pickup - Looks like Ty Davis is CU!

Looked like he was picking up a lot of interest as his stock was rising. Combo guard who can play the Point, handle and distribute, but who can also hit the 3

So a review of this years roster reveals the following:

2 players using up their remaining eligibility:

Baylor
FF

3 players that COULD come back for another year after this season but I don’t see them doing so (of course, I didn’t think Baylor was coming back sooooo)

Kalk
Trey
Ash

That’s a point guard, two wing guards, a wing forward 3 and a center.

Davis picks up a guard spot. I have to think Mac goes past the fall with at least two openings for transfers the following spring based on the new normal Transfer Portal.

The other two who recently visited are big wings.

With todays NIL, there is no guarantee that Trey and Kalk will sign pro contracts next year. If everyone returns, that leaves the Jays with only one more scholarship to offer for 2024.

The only way Trey or Kalk return next year is if they have abysmal seasons or catastrophic injuries. You can safely assume that 4 of our current scholarship players will not be back for the 2024 season. Those two and the two exhausting all eligibility this year, Baylor and FF.

I don’t recall an offer here but I’m not going back through 15 pages.

Watched a Nebraska team play against him down in St. Louis during the spring. Long, good rim protector, raw offensively but interesting touch.
