Is Latrell a true point guard?

He's not a point guard at all. He's a 2.

Played PG for Fullerton when I watched their games. Listed as a PG too.

You could say he dribbled the ball up the court a lot of times but not sure there was much of a pg in that offense. It was more just isolation ball.

I don't think Fullerton really had a point guard skill set-wise. He's much more of a shooter/scorer than he is a passer/playmaker. 2.4 assists (which led the team) to 2.0 turnovers this year, 146 assists to 125 turnovers in 72 career games.

Good points - to me from every bit I've seen of him playing, he looks like a combo guard who can handle the ball a bit and score a lot of different ways. Assuming we get a PG to run the show, he would be an awesome 6th man who could score and get his own shot

Doesn't look like Creighton ever made any kind of real push. Hopefully that means they feel good about guys ranked higher on their board plus guys already on the roster.
