2022 Transfer Thread

Completely spitballing here, but is Farabello a grad transfer or solely portal? The GA situation with Groselle got me thinking if FF does have his degree he could be set up with something similar and save the scholly.

I have zero insight, but it feels like we aren't going to push someone out the door this late, if guys aren't in the portal by Monday they technically can't play next season without a waiver. So I'm not sure where that other scholarship is coming from unless Mike Miller really would pay Mason's way. Or maybe Mike is having Ryan adopt Mason for the next couple of years for the free tuition

Someone has to be giving up a scholarship in the event we land scheierman....that's what I believe. Who would want to leave if we land Scheierman...weighing losing some pt for a year for a chance at a natty or starting anew somewhere else when most rosters at this point are getting set....tough call.

I'd say the most likely transfer candidate is JC. I would hate to see him go because I'm still optimistic he'll come into his own as a knockdown shooter. Also, it would leave a dirty taste in my mouth to push a guy out the door after the May 1 deadline has passed.

I really hope its someone going to walk-on status, but honestly that seems a lot more far-fetched than the above scenario..still, if Baylor wants to come, you need to make room..
