Thanks for the info, hilltop!

I trust the stuff, but I just can’t see or understand the interest in Stevenson… on or off the court. He’s an OK player, but he doesn’t shoot it great and off the court he’s a headache as is his dad. I’d be elated with any of the other 4 though :D

UCONN women’s coach Geno A in an interview said there are 850 in the women’s portal now and probably 300 will not find a place to play next year. He’s probably right and the men’s numbers are probably on par. I doubt these kids are getting any guidance on this front.

Butler's Simas Lukosius will put his name in the NCAA transfer portal, he told ESPN. Lukosius' head coach Lavall Butler was fired today. The 6'6, 230 pound Lithuanian guard finished the season on a strong note, scoring 27 points in a Big East tournament win over Xavier.

Defamation Police here:

It's Coach Lavall Jordan of Butler U.

Agree with Hilltop's list...other than Stevenson. I am updating the list of transfers with CU interest, on page 20 of this post, as we go along.

Gtmo, thanks for the update on p20!

It might be good to cut, paste and repost? I’m not sure if we get alerted to a new post when you edit an old one.

After a backup big, I want a wing with length, defense, rebounding and 3 point shooting skills. In short, we have such a great core, we need someone very special. An 8 man rotation certainly is helpful for the BET.

I would love it if Fredrick King visits (as someone suggested earlier) and signs with the Jays.

I am a bit concerned - if we have room for a wing and we took a long-term transfer (like Richard).
Will Richard appears to be a helluva SG/Wing, however, I am inclined not to keep bumping new transfers
in front of our recruited guards/wings. Richard would be a 3 or 4 year insert into the lineup. I think
that may demoralize our current cadre of guard/wings... (JC, Trey, Shtolzberg, Miller, etc.)

I would rather, if we absolutely need a wing, to take a 1-year guy like Sr Tristen Newton. He makes/breaks
the lineup (probably makes), helps the team, and the current guys could live with that, knowing they get
their shot partially this coming season and in earnest in 23-24. What say you?
