Off this specific topic, I get tired of this time of year when high majors start losing targets and swoop in to get guys that mid majors have spent considerable time and money pursuing. Until we build a consistent brand that is in the same class as Gonzaga, Butler and Xavier, and/or find a new conference (not likely, I know), we'll get beat every Fall for a guy or two who might really like Creighton, but wants more perceived status or exposure.

Then again, I really like our 2013 class and the two 2014 guys. And, they want to be Jays.

It is sickening to have our staff spend large amounts of time and efforts, only to have kids (w BCSitis), or their parents, (w NBAitis) go BCS at the last minute.

Putting 2-3 consistent years or more of NCAA bids (and a good run or 2 once there) will help in brand-building.
