“Let’s give up.” suggests a person.

That’s some fourth-dimensional recruiting strategy.

He gets asked about Creighton and that’s all he has to say. Did you see what he said about the others? Come on.

To put you on the record, it is your opinion that Creighton should stop recruiting the highest-ascending prospect on Rivals rankings in response to his quote that Creighton is still in it and that he continues to talk to CU coaches, because the quotes about the other schools were better?

If Coach Mac, Ryan Miller or Jalen Courtney-Williams are using two or three-sentence responses to a low-level recruiting tracking service's interview as the foundation for determining which players they stay engaged with, fire them all. Quoting you, COME ON!

I humbly ask our coaches to forego this brilliant recommendation and continue to recruit him until we are out of it or he isn't taking your calls. Best of luck! CU may be the underdog, but the Jays are still in it (per the player).

I don’t really care that much, dude. Lol. It’s just a random fans opinion on a message board. I’ll be ecstactic if he comes to Creighton. You don’t have to get so worked up!

I am not worked up in any way. It's a message board. I saw a bad take; I called out the bad take and explained why it was a bad take.

I hope we get him too.

Recruiting question.

Let’s say Kimani Hamilton, Isaac Traudt and a center verbally commit. That would be 1+ on scholarships. Can a program get more verbals than they have available, with the understanding or decision that attrition will happen. I don’t think this would ever be preferred, but is it allowed?

Yeah, there’s absolutely nothing that says a guy can’t verbal just because the other team is full up on scholarships. Doubt it would ever happen here, but there’s no rule against it

Kids are getting focused in their recruiting. Jays eliminated here.

The coaches can give up now. Creighton did not make Adem Bona's Top 8.

Hats off to Huss for trying to get Bona a year early. Clearly he’s a good evaluator of talent.

9/15 reshuffle of 247 composite rankings:

Ben Schtolzberg 115
Jasen Green 183 (national PF rankings, 19 at ESPN [4 star], 22 at Rivals, 32 at 247)
Kimani Hamilton 132 (but 87 in their own national rankings)

So we’re probably focusing on a big man for the last scholarship of 2022 right? Will have guards and wings galore, but nobody to back up Kalk
