Apparently he is deciding this weekend and we are in his Top 3 with UNC and Auburn

Awesome! Totally a get.

We’re not even listed as interested in rivals.

Definitely sounds like he’s headed to Auburn, but I found it interesting to be listed in his final 3 and nobody was talking about him. Our staff sure likes to be stealthy

I never saw anything about him visiting or what not so I doubt this will happen but always nice to be in the top 3 of a 5 star recruit....

Looks like a Ryan Miller recruiting project. So who really knows? But seems very, very unlikely I agree.

This is amazing that Creighton is in his final 3. It appears the Jays are a longshot but longshots do happen. I know we have a lot of young guards but you can never have too many guards. I would love to see him commit to the Jays Sunday and I'm keeping my fingers crossed. Could be the Jays highest recruit since Big Ben.

He visited Auburn, but never visited us or UNC - thus my assumption that he’s headed to Auburn

Which is curious to me because on some VIP boards, there is a lot of confusion among both Auburn and UNC fans. Auburn fans thought they processed him out a month ago, and UNC fans assume no interest because he hasn't visited and they haven't heard much about him. So while the crystal balls are turning up Auburn, I'm pretty intrigued here.

Now that's interesting. I mean I'm still not expecting it to happen, but it may not be an "out there" outcome if we do land him.

Auburn has some issues... Trey decommited from Auburn due to 'coaches not keeping their word' and so forth.
Zion was due to visit Auburn back on Aug 19th with another recruit. Did not make the trip? Issues, miscommunication, other?

This is good. It seemed we had become an afterthough long ago. Jays get in and Ryan Miller goes to work.
My 'trust factor' hits 100% with this commit!

*Another June official visitor to Auburn who really enjoyed the trip is five-star class of 2022 prospect Zion Cruz, the No. 1 ranked player in the state of New Jersey. At 6-5, 175 pounds he has offers from Miami to Oregon and colleges in-between. The Tigers are definitely in the mix for the prospect ranked as the No. 3 shooting guard in the country by 247Sports.
