I like the fact that he increased his assists per game from 1.9 (school year) to 4.0 (summer circuit)
I love PG's who can dish to others.

ESPN updated and added Ben to their database. Based on the tweets from ESPNs recruiting guys, I would expect Ben to make a big jump and appearance into their top 100

Welcome aboard Ben!

The fact that the coaches really wanted him tells me all I need to know.

Making comps to other notable players can be fun. Who do people see here? I've seen Marcus Z. mentioned. I personally didn't see that. Based on the video out there, Connor Gillespie comes to mind. Another weird one that popped into my head was Goran Dragic.

Is there any point in recruiting more guards in 2022? Looking down the road, our rotation - assuming everybody stays - is looking solid (although young and unproven). Nembhard, Alexander, Christofilis, Shtolzberg, Andronikashvili, Shereef Mitchell. Love this group because they all bring different complementary talents. Hate this group because I always need to double check my spelling of their names. Would it be too much to ask for a Roy Smith? Or, I don't know, Isaac Traudt?

It feels like 2022 recruiting efforts should/will be focused primarily on wings and bigs. Isaac has to be the Jays' #1 priority, right?

Liked this description of Ben:

Shtolzberg can be best described as a pure scorer with an ability to score on all three levels with ease. Going more in depth on his ability to score on three levels, he displays excellent footwork while finishing around the basket, has a knockdown mid-range jump shot that he steps into with confidence and he is absolutely lights out from three-point range. This is all before I mention the other impressive part of his game; his guard skills. Shtolzberg looks more than comfortable operating the pick and roll and dishing the ball amongst his teammates, leading to easy looks for his teammates as well as himself.

Thanks for sharing. We were on pins and needles on this one as a plan C or D.

God bless those husker fans, they have so much talent now that Ben, who will soon be a top 100 kid, was a "plan C or D" for them.

The problem for Nebraska is that they don't have a plan A or a plan B!

Hoiberg has won 14 games in two years. I wouldn't pay too much attention to them. They're about to start a shoot-first PG in Verge, with two brothers at G whose only concern is iso ball so they can showcase their NBA skills, a F that only hits 3's at practice, and an undersized C. Looks like a tournament team to me.

The funny thing is Lloyd and Ben played on the same AAU team this summer. Take a look at the stats below and let me know who you would think is the top 100 player
