I understand schools where the coach is fired or moves to another job. As much as the blue-hairs say that you "commit to a program and not a person," these young men and their families build trust with a coaching staff that promises to look after them and help them develop as players and men. Hard to ignore that a majority of college basketball is either relationship-building or dropping a bag on your handler's porch.
