"WKU transfer Jordan Rawls remains a very intriguing name in the portal. He told
@Stockrisers
he’s heard from Texas A&M and Creighton since entering his name in. Very skilled playmaker who’s also a three-level scorer.

Started in 25 games over his two seasons. 6-foot-3 guard."

Averaged 8 ppg this year. ESPN lists him at 6'1 180. Shoots 35% from 3.

Anybody paying attention to the SCOTUS case on amateurism of NCAA athletes today?

If the line of questions from the Justices - liberal and conservative - are any indication, that concept may soon be a thing of the past. As I see the tidal wave of transfers and look ahead to NCAA athletes potentially getting paid, it's quite clear that things are going to be dramatically different going forward. Some of it is clearly overdue, IMO. Other changes may be problematic. However you see it, what we've known as "college sports" will never be the same.

Agreed Vivid, but the Court will most likely not throw the whole system into complete turmoil. They will rule on the narrowest question they can, and give a long-ish implementation timeline if they can.

I’m not losing sleep over this one. Watched his highlights and the next time he uses his left hand for anything will be the first. You could chop his left arm off and it wouldn’t affect his play. D1 scouting will make him not terribly effective at this level and will make him no more than a fill in for the other bigs on the Kansas team.

He said he doesn't want a reduced role and wants to play a ton, I hope he doesnt get Enaruna's minutes......I know Kansas recruiting is down but might be a tough place to get a ton of minutes.

He will be exhibit 1 million of passing on a number of opportunities where he likely would have had a real role, gotten minutes, played good competition in front of lots of eyes and was fooled by the lure of a blueblood and ends up picking splinters out of his rear. Maybe he will be the rare exception, but I wouldn’t count on it.

Do kids do anything for the team anymore, or is it 100 percent for themselves? They all think they are going to make the NBA. Most will be lucky to bounce around Europe.
