Doc,
The Rodman/Pippen examples show the "exception", not the "rule" at the D2 Level. It's not to say that there are "no" good player at D2, Just that
D2 players who can excel at the D1 Level are rare. Agree that 6-9/240 and can shoot is well worth a look by the Jays.

We should recruit more shooting guards from Philadelphia. Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant were both shooting guards from Philadelphia.

Agree. We won't make a living out of recruiting D2 guys, but there are exceptions and I like to find the guys who slipped between the cracks as transfers due to any number of reasons -- late bloomers, injured during HS, played with no visibility in HS, etc.

No idea what happened with Cam Martin, though, it looks a bit like he developed late (will keep looking to see what happened out of HS, though!)

On film here for a game - lots of FT's, not a super fast trigger from 3 PT, but very solid stroke, and off of the high pick a very nice pop - then fake and drive to the basket

Can see why his list has Creighton, Georgetown, and Texas (although he was a Shaka fan, so maybe Marquette will get into the running now?)

Having Cam as our 4 with that height and stroke would be huge. I'm all in on this. Hopefully he chooses us.

Isaiah Poor Bear Chandler is transferring from Wichita St. Not sure if there has ever been any interest either way, but he is a big body who I beileve is given 5 fouls per game.

And about a minute after he entered the portal, he withdrew from it. Strange
