this might be poe's law at work. something on the internet so thickly laced in sarcasm that people cannot tell if it is "real" or just a joke/bit.

IIRC, steve pedersen chartered a plane to meet in person with a SEC coach, Frank Solich's hopefully replacement. that tweet sort of comes across as a callback to that event.
