Would've been really good here. Oh well. On to the next one.

Are we going to keep doing this every time a recruit picks someone else over Creighton?

Jesus some of you have weird takes. I'm going to chalk it up to quarantine. I would like to believe most of you wouldn't normally be so petty and react the way you do to how a high school kid lives his life.

I learned after the Bowman debacle not to get to excited. Time to move on to the next one. We are going head to head with the blue bloods, never could of dreamed of that 6 years ago.

Probably? Interestingly, it doesn't seem like very many of the guys we miss on end up transferring, almost like they belong at and fit well at their choice school just as well as they would have here.
That said, is there a problem with this thought - It's obviously just frustration over missing on someone or honest expression, albeit thru very blue tinged glasses, that the player was a better fit at CU than where he picked. Fans get upset at missing from time to time, we're human - it happens. Besides, it's better to vent on a message board than to "yell" at the kid on Twitter or wherever.

Really? I don't complain when someone chooses a school that appears to be a good fit, but in several cases in the past, it was obvious that it wasn't a good fit, and it later looked that way in reality as well. Enaruna is a perfect example. Maybe he's perfectly happy with the 7 minutes a game he got in the conference and is primed to not get recruited over yet again next year.

It may be less clear with Walton, but he sure looks like a guy the blue chips wants as a decoy shooter who can get some limited minutes off the bench and not take too many shots away from their one and done.

The level of pettiness some 'adults' have on this board is astounding.

"This kid's a game-changer! What a great possible addition he could be to our program!"

*commits elsewhere*

"Good luck warming up the bench scrub!"

Seriously, be happy for the kid and look ahead to who can now bring in. Maybe leave the passive-aggressive snark for the kids.

Once again, great closing job recruiting mensas! North Carolina sucked last year, and he picks that over the others? Daddy rules,we drool. Same crap with Damion. Hell, let’s encourage the rest of the freakin team to declare and just give up up basketball at Creighton. God doesn’t want us to EVER rule! I give up!
