Fishy wasn’t the right word but we were out on Burton, Stevenson, Nolley, Grill, Wertz, Griffin, Martin, East who were all sit outs. I would think this could be the year we could land a big time sit out like Marcus Foster because there will be tons of minutes and shots available for 2021. Maybe they will start coming now that it’s unlikely the waiver rule won’t be in effect.

Do you know for sure that we offered all of them? Interest doesn’t mean offer.

Definitely. I'm sure we're casting a wide net to talk to people, but not everyone we express interest in is an offer.

One thing that's changed is that we're a premium transfer destination now and in the public eye, so kids are going to mention us as it's a sign of prestige to have Creighton check in on a transfer now (at least IMO)

Yeah I posted earlier “remember not everyone we have interest in we necessarily want”
I just guess we would’ve landed one by now since there’s tons of shots available for 21-22 but i bet we’re just waiting for the right one

Matt Haarms from Purdue is grad transferring. 7-3 center who is a monster rim protector and can even shoot the 3 a bit. Probably the best grad transfer available I’ve seen. Hope he’s interested!

That would nuts if we snag him to lock down the depth at the 5. If we can move in our system, it would nuts.

would be nuts, but the only way I could see something like that happening is if we were pretty sure Epperson wasn't going to make it back at all.

If there was one grad transfer we need...Matt Haarms would be it, could redshirt Kalk if Epperson is back, or if Epperson isn't, have 2 monster bigs with him and Haarms...still not even mention Bishop could slide to four...so many options.....Mac better go all in on him.

Haarms would certainly give us extreme flexibility at the 5. That is just filthy to think about him, Epperson, and Kalkbrenner all together. We would also be adding a physical Antwann Jones to the mix too. Quite something to think about. Hope he has interest.
