Edie McClurg has arguably the longest list of credits, having been on just about every D-list comedy and celebrity game show in the history of the world. Obviously needed to show more clam. Yummy.

New story on Uthoff: http://thegazette.com/2012/05/23/jarrod ... ring-iowa/

Still plans on visiting Marquette and Florida.

Interesting tidbit from the article --
If Uthoff selected Iowa, it’s possible the school wouldn’t place him on scholarship even if he’s eligible to receive one in fall 2013.

It would seem as if Iowa's coach isn't as enamored with Uthoff as Uthoff is with Iowa. The article also points out that Iowa signed Aaron White who is a similar size of Uthoff and made the Big 10 all freshman team last season.
"But I truly care about Creighton and the fans and what they've done for me the last three years. I want to give them one more year and take care of business in the Big East so we can prove people wrong.'' ---- Doug McDermott

Cmon Jerrod, be a Jay.
*Offensive style- we beat Hawks by 23 pts.
*All American might become a walk-on, Iowa might not give a scholie for couple years.

Older article from Marquette blog "anonymouseagle.com
Questions whether Uthoff is on the "anti-Bo Tour, not a good fit for their program,
no previous PT, and obvious lack of bulk.

Poll majority overwhelmingly would pass on him.

I think we all got bored with the drama and it was a forgone conclusion he wasn't coming to Creighton anyway. It is probably for the best. To transfer from one school to commit to a different school where you technically didn't talk to the coaching staff at all in person just doesn't sound like a wise decision. So either there was some contact illegally or he isn't the one really making the decision on where he ultimately was headed. Looking back at things now, the whole thing from the beginning is just odd through the whole process. I probably now understand a little better why Bo Ryan was pissed in the first place.
