He's a 2020 PG when we already are stocked there with Z and Mitchell. Add to it that his offer list is exclusively low/mid-major offers and I don't think there's much stock in him coming to CU, unless we offered a walk-on spot.

I think he'll end up at Green Bay or South Dakota State.

I love his game. Having seen him play he is actually more of an off-guard than a PG. At least that is how I have seen him primarily used and where his game is stronger. High motor with quick hands.

Yup, not saying the kid can't play, but I think we're currently focused elsewhere. Now, if he blows up this fall and our priorities change, we'll see.

Good enough to get D1 offers. That means he’s a really good basketball player. CU needs to shoot for more Kalkbrenner’s though. Top 100-150 types.

Still remember everyone creaming their jeans when CU got Issac Miles who Rivals had at like 145 in their Top 150. The game has changed since those days. For every 3 star that blows up into an All American (McBuckets) there are a thousand who are pretty ordinary.

Trelly is definitely an off-guard, but he's 6'2" with a 6'2" wingspan. He's also struggled a bit with inconsistency; I don't think he had a particularly good spring, but he picked it up in June and July. He's really expanded his offensive game and I wouldn't be surprised to see him lead Class A in scoring this season. He's also very good defensively. I saw him lock up Shereef better than anyone at the Metro Holiday tournament during Shereef's senior year.
