Just saw that. Makes MSU much more enticing for Tugs IMO, because it makes them a legit top 10 team with everything they have coming back. This isn't like Trier at Arizona, Bridges plays the 4 for MSU. Bowen will play a wing exclusively.

If that WAS the case, Bowen would never, ever consider DePaul. Bowen wants to be the man.

That's words from him. Also, Tugs has never said he's considering DePaul. He's never mentioned them

While it is true Bridges spent most of his time at the 4 last year, he also played the 3 for them and is being evaluated by NBA scouts as a 3. They also have 2 forwards already committed in this class and in addition to Bridges, their 2nd leading scorer returning is also a 6'8 forward. IMO their efforts would be best spent going after guards at this point and I do actually think this should effect and disway Bridges' decision toward MSU. I could be wrong, but I hope I'm right.

I believe a MSU story said they were going to go after him hard IF Bridges left. I'm not sure you're 100 percent correct on your take of how they impact each other.

Also, Rawle Alkins at Arizona is declaring without an agent.

I am curious on what he's waiting on and why. Is he waiting to see which team is most talented or which team he has the best chance to shine with for draft stock? I don't think anything he's said has indicated either.

We know one thing, he's soaking it up. Which, why not. His right to.

I do kind of wish he would just decide even if it's not us. That way the coaching staff can move on either way.

I have felt for quite a while that he isn't really that interested in CU, but that if things don't fall the right way at a couple of other places then CU isn't a bad Plan C. That leaves me conflicted on him. Obviously, we want a four star, but a four star who isn't necessarily sold on the place and may not be all in for the school if he does come here? I don't know. Perhaps that's just my defense mechanism so when he signs elsewhere I won't be as disappointed.

*5 Star. I'm willing to wait for a 5 star, but I feel you.

I see what you're saying but next year is going to be another "peak" year. Marcus is a Senior. If we get Tugs for one year this is the year to get him. It's not everyday creighton gets a 5 star recruit
