Many of those "predictions" for Tugs on the 247 site were made in 2014 and 2015. Great way to try to predict where a kid is going to school.

247 encourages it as well. The "experts" get more points for accurate predictions and the points increase the further away the pick is from the kid's decision.

that makes sense though cause u usually know where the kid will go 1-2 days before the announcement.

Jan. 7 article/link with a mention of Bowen, including some video. http://247sports.com/Article/Top-5-Day-1-Standouts-at-Cancer-Research-Classic-50359559

Has anybody tried to come up with a comp for Bowen yet? I saw a little Grant Hill in there when I've watched. Previously I thought Sean Elliot and Gordon Hayward. Changes with every video I watch. Just talking style of play, not who he'll become. His game seems to be heady point forward with sneaky athleticism. Damn, I should be a scout.

Here's what the link said if you only feel like reading and not watching:

Brian Bowen: The 6'8" wing from top-ranked La Lumiere, "Tugs" Bowen showed the full gamut of his abilities within a team-first concept. Bowen is a legitimate three level-scorer with size, who has steadily become a more well-rounded and dangerous player to defend. In this contest, Bowen rebounded the ball at a high level with his relatively increased upper-body strength. The unsigned senior also used his length and improved athleticism to swat shots and shrink the available passing lanes against Villa Angela-St. Joseph. Bowen recently visited Creighton. He is planning on visiting Michigan State unofficially. His other three finalists include Arizona, Texas, and N.C. State. The five-star wing hopes to decide by the end of this month.

I wonder if he is just having a hard time with the thought of having to tell several coaches who he really likes, No. I still think he has been MSU's to lose all along and will be surprised if he doesn't end up there.
