That seems a little far fetched to me.

Either you care about the health of your players - or you don't. And in the Pop plays til KU deal - it would kind of show that you don't really care - only about eligibility and maximizing the situation to CU's advantage.

I would think that he may have reached even deeper and played even harder (sure looked like it) in that game - and maybe he further aggravated it to the point that they figured out that something needed to be done and it wasn't something he could/should play through.

He saw a doctor this past Friday and got MRI results that indicated what we now all know. Let's stop with the reaching.

Get a few games out of him, get him paid and keep the medical redshirt intact (mentioned by Mac.) I would assume most thought the Fedor issue would be straightened out by now.

I made a couple of comments to my wife during the KU game that Pop seemed to really be into that game. I assumed it was the TTU history and wanting to get back at KU. Also made sense that this was his last game for awhile and wanted to go out on a high note.

I have zero inside information and I am not a conspiracy theorist. This just looks pretty obvious to me

Gotta love the wild, baseless conspiracy theory qualified by the claim that you are "not a conspiracy theorist." This doesn't seem so "obvious" to me, but it certainly does seem ridiculous. If CU is able to knowingly commit to blowing a six-figure sum to get 8 games -- and a relatively meaningless win over KU -- out of a guy, then I have severely underestimated our NIL spending power.

Per CreightTakes, Larry Johnson and Sterling Knox are no longer on the team.

Can anyone confirm?

Trilly is also saying there is going to be an avalanche of mid season portalites.

In this brave new world, can someone transfer in and be immediately eligible?

Don’t think they want to open the can of worms associated kids playing for multiple teams in the same season. But if they do I’d like to trade a 4 man for a 2 guard.

I bet we would take the right player right now if only as a practice body that we think would be a fit next season.

I don't think unless we have another injury and Fedor continues to sit he would see the court with the way we do things. We're obviously not a role out the ball program. Too much to learn on defense and our O philosophies to think that's realistic.

I could see LJ leaving but I thought Knox was pretty close to seeing some bigger min. We are not exactly deep at the guard spot now.

First move is to put Shane Thomas on scholarship.
